Terms of Service & Finder's Fee Agreement

1. Platform Purpose

Gold Social ("the Platform") serves as an intermediary connecting mining concession property owners ("Sellers") with exploration investors ("Investors"). All investments facilitated through this platform are exclusively for exploration and development purposes — to increase and prove the value of mining concession properties for eventual sale to established mining exploitation companies.

2. User Types

Sellers are mining concession property owners who list their properties seeking exploration investment. Each property listing represents a single mining concession. Sellers create one profile per property.

Investors are individuals or entities seeking to invest in mining exploration and development. Investor subscriptions carry higher fees reflecting the value of deal access and matching services.

3. Finder's Fee Obligation

By registering and using this Platform, both Sellers and Investors expressly agree that:

• If a match is made through this Platform resulting in an investment, the Platform administrators are entitled to payment of a finder's fee for connecting the mining concession property with the interested investor.
• The finder's fee percentage or amount will be communicated during the matching process and is a binding obligation upon successful investment.
• This obligation survives any termination of the user's account or subscription.

4. Investment Purpose

All investments made through connections on this Platform are for the sole purpose of exploration and development to increase and prove the value of the mining concession properties. The ultimate goal is to prepare properties for sale to bonafide and established mining exploitation companies.

5. Subscriptions

Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. Subscription tiers and pricing differ for Sellers and Investors. Investor subscriptions are priced higher to reflect the value of investment opportunity access.

6. Property Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documentation uploaded. The Platform reviews submissions but does not independently verify claims about mineral deposits, concession rights, or property valuations.
